Lord Ganesha
is worshipped every morning and evening and any time we enter the central part of our accommodation buildings. He is theRemover of Obstacles and more generally the Lord of Beginnings, Patron of Arts and Sciences and the Devaof Intellect and Wisdom. Also in the Atrium of the Hospital we have established a statue of Lord Ganesha.
FIRST WEALTH IS GOOD HEALTH
"Health is not all, but all is nothing without health" says Paracelsus. To fulfill our duty, our dharma and to reach the aim of life, we need the body as a divine instrument for acting in this world. That´s why it is necessary to take care of our physical, mental, social and spiritual health. This is our responsibility. Remember also some very natural preventions: "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!" Benjamin Franklin

Stephan Trauner was the first one in 2000 to design, the plans for the Hospital. They drafted the plans for the hospital and supervised the construction work.
By profession I'm a Medical Doctor (Dentist) and was born 1944 in Vienna, Austria. After my retirement, I've ever since been active for this humanitarian project. I'm a Yoga in Daily Life teacher and since 1978 a disciple of Swamiji. In 1991 I was initiated into the ancient tradition of Sannyas (Hindu monk) in Kailash. Since 1980 I have been coming to India, mostly to Rajasthan, observing the conditions of medical care. I love the divine land of India and the Indians and I admire their Vedic tradition and spiritual wisdom. I feel the necessity to do my best to help people to get effective medical treatment. That is why I am part of the team that built and now runs the Sri Swami Madhavananda Austria Hospital in Jadan.
